I’m addressing the challenge of how to develop a plot management system.

There are four refugee camps in Erbil governorate with more than 6,600 plots built entirely from bricks. The plots include a concrete slab, a shower unit, a latrine, and a kitchenette. Plots are quite expensive, and making a new plot requires crucial resources that could otherwise be reallocated many times over. In order to reuse plots for other cases, we first need to be able to identify vacant plots. With available data and lack of monitoring systems, we cannot easily identify vacant plots.

I want to find a solution to this challenge because a solution will allow improved monitoring of partners and make the best use of UNHCR resources.
