Supported by the EU Service for Foreign Policy Instruments within the project “Addressing COVID-19 Challenges within the Migrant and Refugee Response in the Western Balkans” and supported by the BiH Ministry of Security, UNHCR created a series of video explainers in several languages bringing closer to potential asylum-seekers the information on access to the international protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is especially important during COVID-19 times as access to information can be limited. Video explainers use understandable graphics and clear instructions harmonized with other Communicating with Communities tools such as brochures and posters readily available in reception centres and key BiH Service for Foreigners’ Affairs field offices.
