The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria invites all interested bidders to submit offers for the for the establishment of a frame agreement for the supply and delivery of Winter Clothing Kits in Syria for the duration of two years, extendable for an additional period of one year (2+1) as described in the tender documents.
