UNHCR invites qualified suppliers and service providers to participate in the following tender: Tender Title: Provision of Cleaning Services to the UNHCR Offices in Syria.

Reference Number: RFP-HCR-SYR-2025-04.

Tender Issuance Date: 04-Feb-2025.

Closing Date: 19-Feb-2025.

Scope of Work:

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), seeks for Quotations from interested companies/service providers for the provision of cleaning services to the UNHCR Offices in Syria.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Valid Business Registration Certificate submitted.
2. Filled and signed Vendor Registration Form.
3. Financial Statement of past two fiscal years.
4. Acknowledgement of UNHCR General Conditions of Contract.
5. Acknowledgement of UN Supplier Code of Conduct.
6. Company is not listed on any Sanctions Lists.
7. Tax Registration Certificate.
8. Filled and signed Decleration of Eligibility Form.

• UNHCR reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the tendering process without incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s).
