World Refugee Day 2003 National Activity Plan: Senegal

UNHCR will organise a series of activities, including sports and music events, with the participation of refugees to raise public awareness.
The refugee agency will hold a conference-debate on the theme of Refugee Youth at Université de Saint-Louis.
Meetings will be held between refugees, organisations and the media to raise awareness of the issue of sexual exploitation in Dakar and in Vallée du Fleuve, where many Mauritanian refugees live.
