There will be an official ceremony to introduce the new Migration Law and its Regulation, stressing the implementation of this new legislation in the Honduran Refugee Status Determination procedure. The new Migration Law includes both the refugee definition of the 1951 Geneva Convention as well as the Cartagena Declaration.
