World Refugee Day 2004 National Activity Plan: Netherlands

On 21 June, a cultural event on the theme, "Meanwhile ... on the other side of Europe", will take place in The Hague. With the support of UNHCR, IKV Inter-Church Peace Council and Join Media will organise a cultural afternoon, including discussions, meetings, exhibitions, recreational activities with young refugees and internally displaced people from the Caucasus. Films will also be screened in a UNHCR refugee tent in front of the Dutch parliament, right in the heart of The Hague.
