This document presents the coding of evaluation indicators for scoring South Sudan’s infrastructure points. The coding is separated into three sections, according to their function in determining “Absorption Capacity” for South Sudan’s Pocket’s of Hope. It complements Samuel Hall’s Absorption Capacity Methodology document, which outlines our evaluation objectives, discusses assumptions, and synthesis of the indicators described in this document to facilitate a calculation of absorption capacity.
