REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS No. KAZ/RFQ 2023-19 ON PROVISION OF CONFERENCE AND EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR UNHCR

UNHCR Central Asia invites proposals from qualified and eligible suppliers for a Framework Agreement for the provision of Conference and Event Management services for UNHCR for a period of 1 year, renewable for 2 additional periods of 1 year each.

It is strongly recommended that you carefully read this Request for Quotations (RFQ) and its attachments. Failure to follow the procedures set forth herein may result in disqualification of the bid and denial of consideration.

Bids must be sent by email and attachments (Appendix A2, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D) must be submitted in PDF format (copies of PDF documents may optionally be submitted in Excel format , Word or other formats).
