1001 Inventions
A creative team led 1001 inventions STEM activities as part of a Summer Camp organized for refugee children living in Cairo.In collaboration with UNHCR Egypt and Al Alfi Foundation, children participated in fun and educational hands-on workshops helping them explore science, history and culture.

With safety protective measures in place, children were totally engaged as they learned about Al-Zahrawi, Ibn Sina, Ibn al-Haytham, Jabir ibn Hayyan and many other scientists whose remarkable contributions still impact our world today.
AlAlfi Foundation supported this summer camp and hosted the children at their offices while UNHCR coordinated the participation of children as part of their efforts to support refugees.
The team of Science Explainers organized highly engaging hands-on activities and dazzled the young learners with exciting science shows with the logistical support of UNHCR partner, Catholic Relief Services.
