Cleaning Services ITB005/2021 - Revision 1

UNHCR Representation in Egypt invites qualified suppliers to submit a proposal for cleaning services. Tender documents can be found in the bottom of this page.

Site visits in all 4 locations are organized as follows:

13 September 2021 in Zamalek at 11:00 AM

14 September 2021 in both offices in October 6 City at 11:00 AM

15 September 2021 in Alexandria at 11:00 AM

A maximum of two representatives per company is allowed. Names and contact details of the company’s representatives must be provided, at least two working days in advance, by e-mail to [email protected]. The exact location of buildings will be shared by e-mail.

The new deadline for receipt of questions is 18/9/2021 - 23:59 hrs Time in Cairo.

The deadline for submission of proposals has been extended to 25/9/2021, 23:59 hrs time in Cairo. Bids should be submitted via the https://etenderbox.unhcr.org/. All attachments should be in PDF format or Excel format. Please follow the instructions described in Annex G to submit your proposal.
