• Specifications for all buildings:
• Location in 6 of October City, desirable districts; 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th districts
• Zoned for administrative/commercial purposes
• Acceptable condition, renovated or new building
• The property should be fenced and have an open area from 500-700 m2
• Easy access to two streets with ample parking space
• Owner should submit pictures of the property offered for rent
