This revision is to include only and specifically the following points :

1. The extension for the submission due date , new submission date is :Tuesday 7 February 2023, 23:59 hrs Cairo Local time

2. There are 2 available site visit for those who wish to visit the buildings as per the following schedule :

• Zamalek building : Thursday 2 February at 10:00 a.m -

3- There are 2 available site visit for those who wish to visit the buildings as per the following schedule :

• Zamalek building : Tuesday 31 January at 9:00 a.m
• 6 October buildings : Wednesday 1 February at 9:30

UNHCR Egypt Office would like to purchase Wall Paintings and pledging services for UNHCR building in Zamalek. The detailed BOQ is as per attached Annex A.

Your offer shall be prepared in English and or Arabic. In case of error in the total, UNIT price will be considered for calculation.

Please submit your offer using the Annexes provided. Offers not conforming to the requested formats may not be taken into consideration. Your offer should be inclusive of taxes and duties. A vendor should provide the rates for the whole requirement in Annex A.

• Offer :To be conducted via the attached financial form Annex A -BOQ- Wall Paintings

• Currency: EGP and/or USD
• Unit Cost: without tax + the percentage of applicable VAT/Taxes
• Cost of all services all inclusive: EGP/USD
