RFP/UNHCR/RB/MENA/2022/01 - TRANSLATION AND PROOFREADING/EDITING SERVICES FOR UNHCR MENA

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Regional Bureau; covering

operations in Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia,

Yemen, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria Morocco, Mauritania and Western Sahara; invites qualified service

providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Framework Service Agreement for the provision of

translation and proofreading/editing services for UNHCR’s operation in the Middle East and North African

(MENA) as described in the Terms of Reference.

IMPORTANT: Terms of Reference (ToR) are detailed in Annex A of this document.

UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of two (2) years, potentially extendable twice,

each for the period of one (1) year. The successful bidder(s) will be requested to maintain their quoted price

model for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).

Proposals should be sent ONLY via the method indicated in the cover letter and should NOT be addressed to the addresses in this email.

Proposals should be submitted by file upload to eTenderBox, the online bid registration tool of UNHCR.
