UNHCR invites suppliers to submit their offer by return to this post for the supply of 4 HP printers

• Specifications: HP LASERJET CP5225DN A3 ENET or similar

• Financial offer:

1. To include the VAT cost
2. The offer validity is 90 days
3. To be conducted via the attached Excel sheet – Financial offer form

Notes:

1. Submission of offer implies the following, noting please that your signature and stamp are needed:

• Acceptance of UNHCR General Terms of Contract
• Acceptance of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct
• Acknowledging the sanction list
• Filling in your data on the Vendor registration form

2.UNHCR payment terms are 30 days net after delivery and receipt of final invoice.
