Request for Quotation for the Establishment of a Framework Agreement to Provide Bulk SMS Services to UNHCR in Hungary and Slovakia

UNHCR Representation for Central Europe invites qualified service providers to submit a firm offer for the establishment of Framework Agreement for the provision of bulk SMS services, WhatsApp and Viber messages to UNHCR offices in Hungary and Slovakia.

UNHCR may award Framework Agreement with an initial duration of one year, potentially extendable for another year.

Interested applicants are kindly asked to submit their applications by 10 June 2024, 15:00 p. m. CET to [email protected].

Your offer shall comprise the following two sets of documents: a Technical Offer and a Financial Offer. Please, see the details in the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION_Bulk SMS 2024A_Re-tender.
