Please find attached the Request for Proposal for the provision of Photovoltaic and Power Systems Design and Consultancy. The scope of Work is to provide consultancy services to (a) conduct the necessary field surveys, assessments, and data collection, (b) present the findings and ensuing recommendations to UNHCR in an Inception Report, and (c) once the Inception is approved by UNHCR, provide a design and functional requirements document that can be the basis for the procurement of supply and installation services by qualified Contractors.
