The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly, invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the provision of third party and obligatory insurance for UNHCR Lebanon as specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). PLEASE NOTE: As a result of this RFQ UNHCR intends to establish Frame Agreement(s) for an initial period of Two (2) year(s) with the possibility to extend for the period of One (1) year. The establishment of a Frame Agreement does not represent a commitment that UNHCR will order any minimum quantity of the Services from the selected bidder. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price for the duration of the Frame Agreement. Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [10] Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission. Please indicate in the e-mail subject field: • UNHCR RFQ: RFQ 2026 025 • Name of your firm • Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2) For example: RFQ/2025/0123 Company ABC (email 1 of 3) Your quotation must be valid at least for 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) days from the deadline for submission. UNHCR will make its best effort to select a company within this period.
