You should not pay for any UNHCR documents.
You should not pay for any form of UNHCR assistance.
You should not pay anyone to bring you in contact with UNHCR.
Most scammers impersonate as UNHCR officers and they give false promises of speedy case processing in exchange for money. A UNHCR officer will NEVER ask for money to process your case. Scams using the internet and social media are also used by scammers and many vulnerable asylum seekers and refugees have lost money for services that do not exist.
