Description
UNHCR Philippines is inviting qualified suppliers to submit a quotation for the establishment of a Contract for the Provision of Services for the Conduct of a Policy and Legal Study on the Foundling Recognition and Protection Act.
In the Philippines, the enactment of Republic Act 11767, otherwise known as the Foundling Recognition and Protection Act, represents a landmark legislative measure to safeguard the rights of foundlings. The study aims to undertake a comprehensive review of the implementation of Republic Act 11767 and its IRR by evaluating its effectiveness in realizing the rights of foundlings, preventing statelessness, and ensuring access to legal identity and protection services.
The findings will inform policymakers, implementing agencies, development partners, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders in strengthening laws, policies, administrative procedures, and institutional coordination mechanisms related to foundlings and populations at risk of statelessness.
RFQ Submission

- Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [10] Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.

• Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2) - Your quotation must be valid at least for 30 (thirty) days from the deadline for submission. UNHCR will make its best effort to select a company within this period.
