Please carefully read the documents and submit as follows:
Your technical offer: complete annex G – technical offer form and attached all related documents with your business registration and send to: [email protected]
Your Financial offer: complete the yellow cells in annex C – financial offer form and send to [email protected]
If you send your technical and financial offers to the same email, you will be disqualified from the competition.
To better tailor your submission, please carefully review the Annex H – technical evaluation scoring methodology that may give you insights into preparing an excellent bid.
