The training on “International Protection and International Standards on Health Response in Emergencies”

Within the framework of “Protection and Provision of Basic Services to Out-of-Camp Syrian Refugees in Turkey” project funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by AFAD and UNHCR, approximately 60 staff including Heads of Departments, psychologists and social workers from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey attended the training on International Protection and International Standards on Health Response in Emergencies, held on 12 February 2015 in Antalya. By the end of the project, a total of 1250 staff (500 from AFAD, 750 from Turkish Red Crescent and the Ministry of Health) will have benefitted from this training on international protection and emergency standards.
