15 Nov 2004 An estimated 10,000 refugees from Côte d'Ivoire have arrived in eastern Liberia since last week, some of them for the second time in two years. UNHCR, its partners and the Liberian authorities are on the ground to respond to the refugees' needs and make preparations should the Ivorian situation deteriorate.
