83. Financial Provisions (Article 10 and Annex II) of the draft Constitution of the International Refugee Organization

Noting the discussions and decisions in the Fifth Committee concerning the financial provisions of the draft Constitution of the International Refugee Organization, as well as the budget of the International Refugee Organization and scales of contributions thereto:

The General Assembly adopts Article 10¹ and Annex 10 of the said draft Constitution, as set forth in Annexes I and II of the report of the Fifth Committee² for incorporation in the draft Constitution and for recommendation to Governments.
