REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: FOR SIGNING SERVICE CONTRACT WITH A CREATIVE AGENCY TOWARDS NATIONAL MASS COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN ON REFUGEE INCLUSION AND SOLIDARITY
UNHCR is inviting Creative agencies to submit proposals for a national multimedia mass communications campaign in Bulgaria centered on the socio-economic inclusion of refugees and the solidarity of host communities with people forced to flee conflict and persecution.
Below you will find the technical specification Annex B and the Financial price proposal Annex C. Please carefully read the Request for Proposal document for clear instructions.
Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format.
The Technical and Financial offers shall be clearly separated, namely, the technical offer and financial offer are to be sent in separate documents (two different files). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
