What is UNify HR?

UNify HR is a centralised AI-powered HR knowledge base designed to streamline HR processes across multiple UN agencies. The platform provides:

- Policy comparison tools for benchmarking HR policies across agencies.
- AI-powered HR chat for instant answers to HR queries.
- Content creation capabilities for HR documentation.
- A secure and responsible AI design aligned with UN digital transformation principles.
It started as a pilot in 2023 and has evolved into the first interagency Generative AI project within the UN system.
