UNHCR relies almost exclusively on voluntary contributions from governments, the United Nations, intergovernmental institutions and the private sector. For UNHCR, finding resources for our programs and to address new refugee crises is part of its operational priorities
Regular updates and information on our programs, financial requirements and donor contributions are available on the Global Focus website. In this changing and complex operational environment in terms of needs and priorities, UNHCR calls on donors to make contributions which can be allocated with the greatest flexibility possible.
That way, we will be able to direct funding where it is most needed, providing protection, accommodation, healthcare, education and many more basic needs for millions of refugees, asylum-seekers, stateless and internally displaced people around the world.
