The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Jordan invites qualified, experienced and reputable companies to submit proposals for the establishment of a Frame Agreement for the Design, Upgrade, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Interactive Self-Service Kiosks.

Submission Deadline: 12 September 2026, 23:59 hrs (Amman Local Time).
Submission Method: UNHCR Cloud ERP Supplier Portal only.
Important Information for Bidders
The procurement consists of two separate lots, and bidders must submit offers for both lots.
A bidder conference and site visit to the existing kiosk installation will be held on 12 August 2026. Participation is strongly encouraged. Companies wishing to attend must submit the required IDs no later than 10 August 2026 in accordance with the instructions provided in the Cover Letter.
Requests for clarification shall be submitted only through the Messaging functionality in the UNHCR Supplier Portal no later than 17 August 2026 at 23:59 hrs (Jordan Local Time).
The Financial Offer must be completed using the provided Annex C Excel template and submitted in both Excel and signed PDF formats.
Technical and Financial Offers must be submitted separately. No pricing information shall be included in the Technical Offer.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully review all solicitation documents, particularly the Terms of Reference, Mandatory Compliance Matrix, and Technical Evaluation Criteria, before preparing their proposals.
