REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): No. RFQ/UNHCR/JOR/2026/3547 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF COURIER SERVICES FOR THE DELIVERY OF ATM CARDS AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS (PINS) TO UNHCR BENEFICIARIES IN JORDAN - DEADLINE: October 14
UNHCR Jordan invites qualified courier service providers to submit offers for the establishment of one or more Frame Agreements for the provision of secure courier and related field support services across Jordan, primarily for the delivery of ATM cards and Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) to UNHCR beneficiaries, as well as beneficiary verification activities and delivery of official documents. The required services include secure handling and storage, documented chain of custody, recipient identity verification, proof of delivery, shipment tracking and reporting, while maintaining strict confidentiality and protection of beneficiary data. Services are expected to cover all governorates of Jordan, including Zaatari and Azraq camps. The Frame Agreement is expected to be established for an initial period of two (2) years, extendable for one (1) additional year, subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements.

The purpose of the tender is to ensure the continued functionality, reliability, and proper maintenance of UNHCR’s printing equipment in Jordan through timely technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair services, and the replacement of defective parts where required.
Selected supplier(s) will be expected to provide the necessary technical expertise, qualified personnel, and genuine spare parts in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference and related solicitation documents. The scope covers the printers and MFPs listed in the tender documentation and is intended to support UNHCR’s operational requirements throughout the duration of the Frame Agreement.
Interested vendors are requested to carefully review RFQ/UNHCR/JOR/2026/3488 and all accompanying annexes and submit a complete quotation in accordance with the stated requirements and submission instructions. The deadline for receipt of quotations is 30 September 2026 at 23:59 hrs, Jordan Local Time.

The required services include regular inspection, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, testing and replacement of defective components and spare parts for CCTV and video recording systems, fire alarm systems and sirens, X-ray machines, walkthrough metal detectors and other related security equipment. The successful contractor will also be required to provide technical support and emergency corrective maintenance, as required.
The Frame Agreement is intended to cover a total period of three (3) years, subject to satisfactory performance and UNHCR requirements.
