REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): No. RFQ/UNHCR/JOR/2026/3547 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF COURIER SERVICES FOR THE DELIVERY OF ATM CARDS AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS (PINS) TO UNHCR BENEFICIARIES IN JORDAN - DEADLINE: October 14
UNHCR Jordan invites qualified courier service providers to submit offers for the establishment of one or more Frame Agreements for the provision of secure courier and related field support services across Jordan, primarily for the delivery of ATM cards and Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) to UNHCR beneficiaries, as well as beneficiary verification activities and delivery of official documents. The required services include secure handling and storage, documented chain of custody, recipient identity verification, proof of delivery, shipment tracking and reporting, while maintaining strict confidentiality and protection of beneficiary data. Services are expected to cover all governorates of Jordan, including Zaatari and Azraq camps. The Frame Agreement is expected to be established for an initial period of two (2) years, extendable for one (1) additional year, subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements.
