UNHCR Country Office in Amman, is soliciting proposals from contractors who are duly registered / licensed with the Government of Jordan for the firm offer for the provision of construction service for the construction of new Registration Center for UNHCR Country Office in Amman, Jordan.

It is strongly recommended that this Request for Proposals and its annexes be read thoroughly. Failure to observe the procedures laid out therein may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.

Please note the below important dates:

• Mandatory visit to the construction site: 18 August 2025 at 10:00 hrs Amman Local Time.
• The deadline for receipt of written questions/ clarifications is on 20 August 2025 at 23:59 hrs.
• Tender CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 31 August 2025 at 12:00 hrs Amman Local Time.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS:

Proposals should be submitted through ERP suppliers’ portal

by 31 August at 12:00 hours (Amman, Jordan Time). Suppliers’ portal guidelines attached. offers not submitted through the portal will not be considered and will be disqualified.
