REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION

OF A LOCAL LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGN

QUOTATION TO BE RECEIVED BY: 17 August 2018 – 17:00 hrs GMT+8

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on 14 December 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly[1], requests your price quotation for the following service required specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

  1. REQUIREMENTS

Description: UNHCR raises awareness of refugee issues and asks individuals to financially support UNHCR’s activities. In 2018, UNHCR Philippines would like to generate contactable warm leads to drive donations through email marketing and telemarketing.

Services Required:

  • Type of services and deliverables : Valid, contactable leads (supporters and potential donors of UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency)
  • Service Location: Philippines
  • Duration of Services: 1 September 2018 to 31 December 2018 (tentative 4 months)

Please refer to ANNEX A - Terms of Reference for more information about the services required (TOR).

Please include the following price information in your quote ANNEX C - Financial Offer Form (without VAT):

  • Currency: PHP
  • Monthly fees, if applicable
  • Fees for the period requested
  • Additional fees, if any (please specify
  • Total Cost for services (all inclusive)

Please note that UNHCR has tax and duty exemption status.

  1. RFQ Submission

We would appreciate receiving your quotation on or before 17 August 2018 – 17:00 hrs GMT+8 by e-mail in PDF format to [email protected].

Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 20 MB so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.

Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:

  • Name of your firm
  • Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)

Your quotation must be valid at least for 60 days. The standard payment terms of UNHCR is net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR.

Please fill out ANNEX D - Vendor Registration Form and you must also clearly indicate in your quotation if you accept ANNEX B - UNHCR’s General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Services-2010.
