Description
UNHCR Philippines seeks a qualified vendor to provide a Cloud Contact Centre System that will support telemarketing and donor engagement activities of the PSP unit.
The system will enable PSP Philippines to conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns and inbound donor support calls to strengthen donor acquisition, donor stewardship, and emergency fundraising efforts.
The cloud contact centre must provide a secure, scalable, and easy-to-operate platform that allows UNHCR to manage donor communications independently while maintaining full control over donor data. The solution must support integration with CRM platforms, reporting capabilities, and telemarketing automation functions to improve operational efficiency and fundraising performance.
Project duration: The frame agreement will be for one year with the possibility of extension for an additional one year (1+1) subject to satisfactory performance. Tentative start date is 1 May 2026.
UNHCR PSP Philippines may appoint a back-up supplier, this would only be activated in case the main supplier fails to perform or have capacity issues.
