Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is seeking to enter into a Long term Agreement (LTA) for F2F donor acquisition and retention services with vendors specialised in such service area.

The Frame Agreement will be signed with more than one successful bidder for an initial period of twelve (12) months and will be extended at the sole discretion of the UNHCR for an additional twelve (12) months (Phase 2 & 3), upon satisfactory performance:

Phase 1 -1st of July 2019 until the 30th of June 2020 (12-months)

Phase 2 - 1st of July 2020 until the 30th of June 2021 (12-months)

Phase 3 - 1st of July 2021 until the 30th of June 2022 (12-months)
