UNHCR procurement opportunities are accessible publicly on this website and are free of charge. All bidders are therefore kindly reminded not to make any payments for acquiring UNHCR solicitation documents.

UNHCR does not charge fees at any stage of the tender process, such as bid submission, bid evaluation, contract award or supplier registration.

UNHCR also advises against providing any banking information during the procurement process, as this information is only required after a contract is awarded.

Be aware of potential fraudulent emails that may ask for fees or bank information. UNHCR does not use public email addresses (like Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo) for official communication.

UNHCR issues Purchase Orders (POs) only to registered suppliers through its official ERP system. All POs are sent via email from verified UNHCR email addresses to the supplier’s registered email. UNHCR does not send hard copy POs by post. Suppliers can verify POs through the ERP system or by contacting [email protected]. Beware of fraudulent POs issued outside of these channels
