High Commissioner's Africa mission

High Commissioner Sadako Ogata travels to Sudan tomorrow to begin a two-week, six-nation Africa mission. In Sudan, she will see first-hand UNHCR's operations to help new arrivals from Eritrea, as well as our existing camps in the country. Her mission will also take her to Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. She returns to Geneva on June 24.
