At its 1019th meeting, on 30 April 1958, the Council elected the following States as members of the Executive Committee of the Programme of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Federal Republic of Germany, France, Greece, Holy See, Iran, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America, Venezuela and Yugoslavia.
