To protect and provide solutions to people forced to flee, UNHCR relies on timely, efficient, and sustainable procurement of goods and services. This ranges from sourcing heavy-duty vehicles for remote operations to supporting livelihoods initiatives through small-scale materials.

RFQ 2798 – Legislation Development Services
Closing Date: 15 May 2026

UNHCR Armenia invites eligible and qualified entities registered with the Government of Armenia to submit quotations for the provision of Legislation Development Services in support of the development of regulatory frameworks for the Electronic Asylum Case Management System and the Mass Influx Database.

All interested parties are requested to proceed with supplier registration through the ERP platform and follow the guidance available through the UNHCR supplier registration resources and user guide.

Please note:

  • Do not create a new supplier profile if you already have one.
  • In case you do not remember your username or password, please use the “Forgotten Password” feature (refer to User Guide, Slide 36).
  • Any requests for clarification should be submitted through the messaging functionality available within the ERP system.

After creating/logging into your supplier profile, please search for RFQ 2798 and submit your quotation online.

Only applications submitted through the ERP platform will be considered for evaluation.
