Become a supplier

To protect and provide solutions to people forced to flee, UNHCR relies on timely, efficient, and sustainable procurement of goods and services. This ranges from sourcing heavy-duty vehicles for remote operations to supporting livelihoods initiatives through small-scale materials.

Procurement notices are listed below in chronological order, with the most recent first. If no notices are displayed, UNHCR is not currently requesting proposals or quotations.

Request for Proposal: Study on Workplace Integration, Retention and Well-Being of Refugees in Enterprises in Armenia

UNHCR Armenia has launched Request for Proposal No. 3342 for a Study on Workplace Integration, Retention and Well-Being of Refugees in Enterprises in Armenia.

Qualified companies interested in participating are invited to submit their proposals through the UNHCR Cloud ERP Supplier Portal.

How to Submit a Proposal

Suppliers that are already registered should log in to the Supplier Portal and search for the negotiation using the reference number UNHCR RFP 3342. Please refer to slide 39 of the Supplier Portal User Guide for instructions on locating negotiations.

Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in the RFP documentation and submitted through the Supplier Portal by the deadline indicated below.

Companies that have not previously registered with UNHCR must create a profile as a prospective supplier through the Supplier Registration portal and follow the guidance available on the UNHCR website:

Please do not create a new profile if your company is already registered. Suppliers who do not remember their username or password should use the “Forgot Password” functionality. Further instructions are available on slide 36 of the User Guide.

Requests for clarification concerning the RFP should be submitted through the messaging functionality available in the Supplier Portal.

Important Dates and Deadlines

The RFP was issued on 1 August 2026.

Interested bidders wishing to attend the pre-bid conference must confirm their participation by 25 August 2026. Any questions or requests for clarification must also be submitted by 25 August 2026.

The pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for 1 September 2026. Confirmed participants will receive further details through the Supplier Portal.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 7 September 2026. All proposals must be submitted through the UNHCR Cloud ERP Supplier Portal by the deadline specified in the RFP documentation.

Proposals submitted by email or through any other channel will not be considered.
