Call for Proposals: Expert Services on Structured Planning and Budgeting for the Asylum System in Armenia
UNHCR Armenia invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for expert services to strengthen structured planning, budgeting, and evidence-based financing for the national asylum system.
The assignment will support the development of a comprehensive methodology linking planning, resource allocation, and performance, in close coordination with national authorities.
