To protect and provide solutions to people forced to flee, UNHCR relies on timely, efficient, and sustainable procurement of goods and services. This ranges from sourcing heavy-duty vehicles for remote operations to supporting livelihoods initiatives through small-scale materials.

RFP 3120 – Establishment of Legal Experts Roster

Opening Date: 23 June 2026
Closing Date: 21 July 2026

UNHCR Armenia invites eligible Armenia-based entities registered with the Government of the Republic of Armenia to submit proposals for the establishment of a roster/pool of legal experts for potential collaboration.

The roster will support UNHCR’s work with the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the review, amendment and development of legislation in the areas of asylum procedures, refugee protection, emergency preparedness and response, statelessness, citizenship, and the operation of electronic systems.

All interested entities are requested to register or log in to the UNHCR ERP Supplier Portal and submit their proposals under RFP 3120.

  • If you are already registered, please log in to the Supplier Portal and search for RFP 3120.
  • Do not create a new supplier profile if you already have one.

Only proposals submitted through the ERP Supplier Portal will be considered for evaluation.
