FOR PRODUCTION OF A KITCHEN FURNITURE
QUOTATION TO BE RECEIVED BY: 07/12/2023
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly[1], requests your price quotation for the services specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

- Kitchen furniture:
-Lot 1: Table boards
-Lot 2: Chairs
Please find attached in ANNEX B – Terms of Reference, technical specifications and other detailed information for the table boards and the chairs.
You can submit your questions related to this RFQ in writing to [email protected] or by phone call to Ruzhica Bombol at 0879193788.
- RFQ Submission
Please submit your price proposal in BGN by as described in Annex B. Please be aware that the proposal must be dated, signed, and stamped in order to be considered valid. The price proposals should be sent without VAT.
We will appreciate it very much, if you can submit your proposal by 07th of December 2023 by e-mail to [email protected].
Please know that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [20] Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:
- RFQ/2023-14/BGR
- Name of your company
- Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)
The RFQ is divided into lots, and each lot will be evaluated separately. You can choose to bid on one or more Lots.
Your quotation must be valid as least for 60 days. The standard payment terms of UNHCR are net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR.
Please find attached in ANNEX A the UNHCR’s General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Goods and/or Services-2010, which have to be acknowledged by submitting a signed copy together with your offer.
However, please note that submitting an offer is deemed as full acceptance of UNHCR’s General Conditions for Provision of Goods and Services.
Please note, the winning company is obliged to fill in Vendor Registration Form Annex C and provide Company Bank Certification and Copy of the Company Central Registry information. The three documents must be signed and stamped.
The award of this order will be done to the lowest and most compliant bid submitted.
UNHCR reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your bid, or to allow split or partial awards.
