UNHCR and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Discuss Cooperation Priorities

MINSK — On 28 April, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Igor Sekreta met with Arman Harutyunyan, Head of UNHCR Representations in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, on the occasion of the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Belarus.

During the meeting, the parties discussed priority areas of cooperation for the near future, including support for forcibly displaced people and the further development of partnership between Belarus and UNHCR.

The interlocutors also agreed to jointly explore opportunities for the implementation of new projects.
