Majority of refugees and asylum seekers in Ghana originate from Cote D’Ivoire (51.0%). Other major nationalities are Togolese (26.2%), Liberians (5.5%); Sudanese (5.0%).

Persons of concern from other nationalities including Cameroon, Syria, Central African Republic, Eritrea and others make up 12.3 % of the total population.
