NFI post-distribution monitoring questionnaire
The global standardized non-food items (NFI) post-distribution monitoring (PDM) household (HH) survey is available for operations to use in order to interview a sample of the total population of NFI recipients, ideally no later than 6 weeks after the distribution itself.
The PDM is designed to collect information from the NFI recipients about the intended results of the distribution, the quality and timeliness of the distribution process, and the level of recipients’ satisfaction. The PDM exercise can serve to verify if any items were missing from the distribution and/or if eligible recipients missed out on the distribution.
The results of the PDM can inform potential necessary corrective actions to the future of the NFI programme, ensuring effective accountability to affected communities. This standardized HH survey is available in a short/prioritized and long/full version. Some of the questions have been locked for editing in order to facilitate aggregated data analysis at a regional/global level. Other questions are open for operations to tailor them to their contextual needs, as appropriate.
The NFI PDM can be accessed in the following formats:
NFI PDM HH Survey - Short version (.xls)
