Multi-Country Strategy Evaluation Cameroon

UNHCR’s Evaluation Office commissioned the evaluation of the multi-year strategy (2022–2026) of the Cameroon Multi-Country Office (MCO-CMR) for the period 2023–2025 to assess its relevance, coherence, effectiveness, sustainability and efficiency, and to inform the preparation of the next multi-year strategy, which will begin in 2027. The evaluation takes place in a context marked by rapid transformation of the humanitarian architecture, reduced funding and a progressive repositioning towards integration and durable solutions.
