Latvia as a Donor

Latvia as a Donor

UNHCR works to ensure that everyone has the right to seek asylum and find safe refuge, having fled violence, persecution, war, or disaster at home. UNHCR is almost entirely funded by voluntary contributions – the majority of it from governments. Latvia has provided important contributions to UNHCR’s responses to various refugee situations around the world over the years.
