As part of the Ukraine Refugee Response Plan, Latvia has worked with local partners and refugee-led organizations to promote legal aid, social inclusion, and community-based support.
With a growing emphasis on capacity building and integration at the municipal level, Latvia demonstrates its commitment to shared responsibility and solidarity in addressing displacement and has increased its funding to UNHCR.
