- Protection monitoring of asylum-seekers, refugees, and persons in a refugee-like situation.
- Provision of assistance in identification of stateless persons and those who are at risk of statelessness (documentation; court representation).

Operation of the UNHCR Hotline
- UNHCR Hotline provides information about UNHCR and its partners’ activities and available assistance programmes;
- Collects feedback from persons of concern on the work of partners and UNHCR;
- Conduct Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) for the programmes implemented directly by UNHCR and UNHCR-funded partners, such as the cash, social accompaniment and legal assistance programmes, etc.
Support to integration of refugees (livelihood and socio-economic inclusion of refugees)
- Assessment and needs identification for refugees and development of individualized integration plans; monitoring and evaluation of the progress made on the individual integration plans and their adaptation work;
- Provision of Armenian language classes;
- Facilitate access to education and vocational training opportunities to refugees, and support to enhancement of skills and employability;
- Provision of job search assistance and development of skills for refugees;
- Develop and implement a referrals system to facilitate the access of refugees to livelihoods programmes, legal and health, social and psychological assistance services;
- Supporting community engagement through local initiatives developed and implemented in mixed population groups;
- Mapping of existing services and opportunities supporting integration of refugees and establishment of collaboration with service providers and other stakeholders.
