This information sheet presents the National Framework on Inclusive Livelihoods for Refugees and Host Communities (2025–2027), developed through collaboration between the Government of Armenia and the United Nations. It outlines a coordinated, development-oriented approach to refugee inclusion across five areas: cash support, social housing, employment, small business and self-employment, and targeted livelihood support, with a focus on strengthening self-reliance, economic participation and social cohesion.
