Safe at last
We welcome refugees after a long, perilous journey. Our caring colleagues provide them with shelter, health care, food and beverages.
We listen to their stories and offer them support where needed. We celebrate the first day of school of their kids when they can, often for the first time in months, attend school again. You made this possible!

In Uganda, 260.000 refugee children can go back to school. They receive books and other scholarly material and can start preparing for a better future.
March
In Southern Africa, we provided help to 80.000 people after cyclone Idai. Immediately after the disaster, we flew in emergency aid, tents and cooking materials to the areas that suffered the most.
July
In Colombia ontvingen we we received hundreds of fleeing Venezuelans with open arms. We provided food, shelter and hygiene kits.
August
We helped 500.000 Rohingya to get officially recognized. Thanks to your support they received an identity card, which allows them to access services such as education.
October
After violence escalated in North-East Syria, we offered emergency assistance to 185.000 people fleeing with blankets, cooking material and winter kits.
