ANNOUNCEMENT

As of 18 May 2026, the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) in the Republic of Belarus will discontinue the operation of its hotline due to limited operational capacity.

In addition, please be informed that a UNHCR staff member will conduct free in‑person consultations on protection (asylum) matters at the RCS office in Minsk.

Schedule: twice a month, on Wednesdays, from 09:00 to 13:00.

Specific dates and details will be published separately.

UNHCR will continue to closely monitor the situation and work closely with partners to ensure that asylum‑seekers and refugees receive the necessary support.

Thank you for your understanding.
