Briefings and meetings in the lead-up to the GRF Progress Review 2025

To prepare for this milestone event between two Global Refugee Forums, UNHCR convened quarterly preparatory meetings for the GRF Progress Review in 2025:

  • The first three preparatory meetings were used to discuss and define the following aspects of the GRF Progress Review: focus; programme; and intended outcome.
  • The last preparatory meeting, on 18 November 2025, was dedicated to briefing stakeholders on the final updates and logistics for the event.
