JAF quantitative questionnaire template

The JAF quantitative questionnaire template is based on the UNHCR-WFP Joint Analytical Framework. It includes the complete JAF household survey question modules based on the JAF Data Analysis Plan.

Don't jump to the questionnaire too early! The questionnaire template should be adapted by country offices only after the finalization of the JAF Analysis Plan and not earlier in the assessment planning.

The JAF quantitative questionnaire template should be used in conjunction with the JAF qualitative questionnaire template, to ensure that the voices of affected people are adequately reflected in the analysis.
